Description:
This is a permanent role based at our Client's operation in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing project governance for all project expenditure involving IT investments, ensuring on time and to budget delivery of these investments and ensuring visibility of a benefits realization post project delivery through to complete realization.
Key responsibilities of the role will be:
• Managing & maintaining project governance approval process
• Ensuring visibility and tracking of post go-live benefit realization
• Implementing project management best practice across IT globally
• Resource management of IT project resources via IT PMO
Applications are invite from Candidates with the following background and experience:
• Previous practical knowledge of applying Benefit Realization Management (brm ) in a Programme Management capacity
• 8+ years of IT and business experience in strategic planning, development, implementation of leading medium to large scale cross functional projects.
• Extensive impact and influence skills, including cross boundary collaboration
• Analytical problem solving skills and the ability to identify essential issues in complex technical and business problems.
• Project Management Proficiency
• Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal skills, issue management and resolutions skills
• Confidence in self and organization and a “can do” attitude.
• Strong leadership skills, applicable at the Senior Management Level. Highly self motivated and able to work effectively with different divisions and levels.
• Minimum 5 years experience being involved in licensing, product, program launch, and follow through on benefits realization.
• Excellent influencing skills.
• The ability to motivate and coach a team to deliver and take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
• Proven ability to build and develop cross functional business relationships vital to the success of a project.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering or equivalent work experience required
