Description:
Experienced Technical Analyst required to work in the Discovery & Development Department of our Client's BioPharmaceutical Services Divison. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
o Conduct in-vitro and ex vivo analytical assays in both an R&D and GMP environment.
O Assist in the development and validation of ELISAs and activity based assays.
O Generation of GMP compliant Data capture forms, SOPs, Protocols and reports.
O Carry out data calculations and simple statistics.
O Assist in internal, regulatory and client visits/audits and respond to findings
o Sourcing, purchasing and stocking consumables, standards and reagents required for testing.
Applications are invited from candidates who meet the following criteria:
o A degree (minimum) in a relevant science discipline.
O 2-3 years experience of working in a GMP/GLP environment
o Must be proficient in Microsoft package particulary Excel
o Experience in the use of spectrophotometer/plate readers.
O Excellent communication skills
o Must be able to work as both part of a team and on his/her own initative
o Experience in the conduct of cell based assays an advantage.
